Sounds like a non union group (no idea which, but I think there's problems with who handles NWA a/c right?) possibly getting a screw job to me.

The Northwest Mx types are currently non-union since AMFA is off of the property, but the ramp could be in for BOHICA.

At a recent line check airmans meeting it was put out that the Anchorage operation will be shut down and that all the 747's including the 400's will be off the property in 4 years. Replacement will be the 777-300LR. It has better cargo capacity on the really long haul flights and operates much cheaper.
