Yes, but only for the position. Look they are going from a domestic base to an international base.

Good question. With CVG going ER I am sure that they could possible have a clean up bid with displacements on it for the ER in NYC and ATL
But, if they do not backfill any of it, we may not see a clean up bid at all |
