Do not worry, King, it appears this thread will probably die shortly. I know that there is talk to move this discussion somewhere else.

I would not worry either way, it is a good medium that is moderated by a third party.

Shouldn't the purpose of a forum be to have an exchange of ideas? Good, bad or otherwise, which is like any conversation. Sure, sometimes individuals go off the deep end, but don't we all? There is not a single individual on this board that I wouldn't have a problem with going out for dinner and beverages...they may not want to go with me, but thats ok too.

What I believe is a valid reason for expending a personally earned benefit is of no one else's business. And what you may do is none of my business. Talk of union actions on a public forum is like fixing dinner and taking a dump in the same sink. Good Luck! And the sanctimonious pep talk vs. habitual shirker defenses degrades the common purpose of thiis forum. I'm about done with this thread. It should be closed.

Just don't look at it anymore and take your "lawyer wanna be" talk elsewhere. The ones that state their opinion on here is fully legal to do so. People like you would probably accept minimum wage and pay for your own hotel and taxi. You are a pitty to the industry if I understand what you are writing on here. Suggestion to the problem: stop login in to this forum and keep your misery to yourself.

Agreed, This whole thread experience has resulted in many friendships and acquaintances that would not have been possible otherwise. I think many can say the same. It has been a great tool to reach farther than our limited exposure to the pilot group.

This thread will live on but some players may move on. That is OK.

Darwin was right! Thanks for proving my point.

Not worth it....too easy...

ACL is right, though. Some of this stuff would be best left in the crew room, and not out at the terminal Chik-fil-a.

While I agree that not all of our dirty laundry should be aired on this site, I do think the greater good is certainly served by those of us who post, opine and lurk here. I don't think it should be closed at all, in fact I encourage all of the guys I fly with to come here and post. As ACL as attested, a lot of us have become friends on this site. I would argue also that a lot of the original ill will of this historic merger was calmed by this thread in particular. I know I have come to understand the fNWA position much more clearly thanks to the buds who post here. I would hope that they would have gained something as well from us fDAL dudes.

If you're not approving of what you read here, move on. I don't think you'll be missed. ;)

No problem looser, just promise to not post again on this thread. We post here about anything from cheerleaders to 37 new 747-400, but we stay positive and open for new positive news and opportunities for all of all us. Take your bad news to somewhere else where somebody cares, we don't.
