I don't know if I posted this in the past or not. I'm too lazy to go back and look it up, and I'm having a cocktail but...

I just saw this guy in concert. Abso-frikkin-lutley hilarious.

ACL is right, though. Some of this stuff would be best left in the crew room, and not out at the terminal Chik-fil-a.

Nu

While on this topic, it wouldn't hurt to say that maybe, just maybe, we should knock off the "its a good plane!" stuff in the gate house in front of passengers. Because inevitably there is the person who does not know the proper etiquette, proper time, proper place or decible level on debriefing another pilot on the MEL issues of the aircraft they're about to take.

Just saying.

I think this thread will always serve a purpose and therefore won't really ever die but evidently there is something the alpa web board just doesn't accomplish that this one does but then of course this one is public. I know a lot of people who come here and read whats here, I'd say I know 6-7 people off hand that read it a lot that don't have an avatar.

My attempt to alert forum participants about OPSEC/COMSEC didn't go over well, or it may have gone way over some. I am cautioning that this forum is a matter of public record, and I have increasingly seen posts that would be extremely damning in the event the frat party turns into a blanket party. American swallowed it's war chest and then some over loose comments. On some server in a closet somewhere sits every comment, every IP address, every name easily matched up to an employee. You guys are radioactive. I can't make it any clearer than that.

Yes, that's the way I remember it too.

I don't really remember all the ins/outs of the sick leave balance vs DPMA preminum, but at my age I really got screwed on the swap. Talk about "should have used it up"..........but PG wouldn't be happy with me:rolleyes:

The sick leave program sure is one of those items that should have been explored when doing the joint contract. But, once again getting it done quickly vs getting it right.......it is what it is. Slow, you boys better have your guns loaded for 2012.

I think we just need a good doce of the Clamp Show with special guest ACL and music by Buzzpat.

I might have missed it over the sick discussion but does anyone have a clue as to why management wants the pilots to listen in to tomorrows web call?
