A/C coming 2010

2 777-200LR
2 737-800
11 MD90's (?)

First question is the same thing we are asking here... "comments seem more upbeat than the numbers suggest" sort of thing.

Pension funding $700,000,000 in 2010.

Thats my impression.

Yup. Fuel hedges and pension expenses killed us.

I've always called it J-A-L, didn't know the analyst and management call it JAAL.

The MD-90s are confusing because I think they're occasionally talking about when they enter the fleet and not that we're getting more than the 12 we knew about.

Does that sound right? You're the expert Bar.

2 years to get the full synergies with the fleet movements across bases. Sounds like 2 years of fun AEs.

Where are you guys listening to this?

How do we listen to an English version of a JAL Conference Call? Their numbers were F-UGLY.

Did you get that on the win-win no matter what with JAL even if we don't get ATI?

JAL benefit for going with us will be around $400M a year for them.

Mesa litigation question, their going to the lawyer... and no comment.

Jamie Call just asked a REALLY good question.

"If JAL and Delta fail to get Anti Trust Immunity, doesn't open skies basically go back to the drawing board, which would be very good for Delta ?" Richard Anderson answered quickly "yes." So Jamie followed up that there is not a downside to this JAL deal, either way.

FTB - you beat me to it :)
