That is part of the reason that they send out these CD's so early. I always stick the sucker in the computer and make sure it works. If it does not, I am not setting myself up.
I think that eventually we will go to us downloading the recurrent, initial, etc, course material, and saving the cost of the CD's. Works for me. I prefer to have it on a zip drive. (That is what I do with it anyway. Get the CD, import it to a zip drive and then I can take it with me) Are you serious about the zip drive? Can you even find those anymore? Just asking. :) |

JAL and American are members of the Oneworld alliance. Both American and Delta offered JAL incentives of more than $1 billion to join their respective alliances. But it was believed that a tie-up with Delta wouldn't pass antitrust muster in the U.S., according to reports. "We have analyzed this issue in great detail, and we are excited at the prospects in terms of the convenience and benefits for our customers," said JAL President Masaru Onishi, in a statement. "We also firmly believe that the advantages of this development with American Airlines can strongly support JAL at a time when we are striving towards the revival of our business, which we are determined to achieve. We certainly look forward to a deeper, more mutually-beneficial relationship with our long-time partner." JAL, Asia's biggest carrier, filed for bankruptcy in January and is undergoing a restructuring of its debt. |

Agreed. I know that I have been told there are at least 50 logged instances of DBMS being accessed while said pilot was airborne. I was not told if they had the computer ID, so it could very well be coincidence. Just plain stupid to do so. I know my wife checks my sked more than I do. Just do not be stupid.
