Here's something that has me fuming for the day.... Pinnacle Airlines put out a memo to all pilots and FAs to not say "Delta Connection" and especially not use "Pinnacle Airlines" on PA's.
What do they want them to say instead? You guessed it... only say "Delta" or "Delta Air Lines."

Seamless service. Come on, it was the PA announcements that made people realize they were flying third party operators.
