Profit sharing is on an annual basis, so we need to be profitable at the end of the fiscal year. I have heard that we are forecasting to be "significantly" profitable for the year. Now, define "significantly". To me, considering the last few years (decade) $1.00 of net profits is significant.
For anyone that cares, Sgt Shultz was the owner of the Shatze toy company.
Question
I am projecting 65:30 + 30:00 hrs. of vacation = 95:30, will they withhold the 5 hrs. to replenish negative bank above 80:00?
Flightops management has stated at the base meetings that there will be no more equipment changing bases for awhile. How long awhile is.........well that's the question. I've heard they will re-evaluate next summer.
On a different, positive note, how much profit is Delta going to announce tomorrow? I'm guessing $500 million!!

Were their lips moving when they said this?
As for profits I will go with $487 million

Just a question. Is the "turbulence plot" program dead. The reason I ask is, we flew 2 pmDal jets and neither had the plotting maps. We then didn't remember getting any on the acars and, on at least that leg, there were none on the flight plan (odd for this time of year).
We also looked at the H1H2, and saw that if you looked close the mountain wave areas were still there but without the mountain wave routes. The diamond "stay off" jet routes but not the deviation routes.
Which brings up, what is the status of the old weather shop at the OCC?

I see some Turb plots in the weather pack and a few that come across from the company on acars. What I do is plot the lat longs in route two to show the area in regard to our route of flight. Seems to work well.
