Wise up? Hmmm.

Are the solutions being offered here, or are you personally going forward with ideas and solutions to the people who can get things changed? Seems to me there is a lot of the first and not much of the latter around these parts.

I offer solutions here and to the people that can affect change. I think others do as well.

No, the NWA system had a command...not a trigger. We felt this item too important to occur via a silent trigger.

So if the Captain forgets to call for it, the flaps don't go into takeoff position? Cause we all know the almighty captain would never forget to call for something.

Triggers work just fine.

If you haven't seen it yet, you need to go read the latest SD bulletin about TSA procedures. Severe TSA idiocy and problem for commuters.

No. The F/O would immediately query the captain because the F/O would know the captain forgot.

I never make mistakes. I only provide my first officers with "opportunities to excel."

We're appx 80% your size, if you think we are just going to be "absorbed" with no input you're being just a little naive. It's suggestions, not whinning.

You're not The Borg..........quit acting like you are.

Due to financial problems that effected us all, both airlines were caught in the past. NWA in the 90s but you in the 80s. Change is coming for both of us, thank gawd. Embrace it my son:cool:

If it is what I think you are referring to, I bet they change their mind when they get hundreds of commuters an hour cutting in the front of the security lines to get to and from work at the worlds busiest airport It's gonna be a train wreck.

Severe idiocy is an understatement.....
