That is one of the loop holes. They can actually bypass someone they have already assigned SC to. It does not have to be after 1500 base time. I see it all of the time. If there are a bunch of guys with 6+ days avail and a five day pops up, they will assign SC o the pilots with the 6+ to get to the five day guy in the same bucked. It is totally allowed in the PWA.

I feel your pain, johnso. I've been on reserve going on 3 1/2 years now. I still can't find any logical pattern or consistency to some of this stuff.

Yeah whatever.. I suppose. I'm not a fan of them either FWIW. It's hard not to be intrigued by the low cut outfits that their talking heads wear though.. although I would guess they are primarily there to tease all the male viewers... Sex sells right? That being said.. I DO believe there is less bias on FOX than there is on katie couric.
