The font size will be one of the few things made by man that can be clearly seen from space.

btw, newK- I heard that after seeing you fly the DC-9, DL is working on converting the DC-9-30's into orbital spacecraft post retirement to compete with Virgin Galactic and NASA.

On vacation:

New Hires. When the vacation bid comes out you will be like everyone else. The difference is that you will have only accrued a few days. (AKA less than 14) Just bid weeks like everyone else. It will offer options when bidding these days.

Moveups:
Moveups will be processes just before the bids for OCT LOT's are open. AKA they are run on the fifth of every month for next months bid, if I recall correctly.

20 777 A/B ATL
20 747 A/B DTW
SLC 7ERA same as 767A
SLC 7ERB 767B +20

40 7ER A/B between ATL, NYC, DTW and SEA

Narrowbody TBD.

I heard from a good source there will be at least 40 new B slots on the ER for SEA.

yup.. but I think it would be closer to 250K... can you imagine the noise? It would probably sound like a NASCAR event.. and there's no stupid jumbotron there either I don't think... so it would be all crowd noise.... the way it should be.

I told you guys it was/is a good airplane/spaceship.

It was earlier this summer when we were taking off from RDU or CLT, I looked over and saw a C-172 taking off on the parallel runway. After noticing that we were clearly outperforming him, I said (to myself) "we are kicking his ass."

DC-9: The new Shuttle. :D

He already makes the pax go weightless when he starts his descent.

For SEA alone? Wow.

Are they the only ones that will get to get in on the fun?

Yup, for SEA. I don't know how true it is but the source tends to be in the know.
