Eligible pilot: converts into a position at a new or re-established base within 12 months of the first pilot conversion at such base.

There was a South Park episode a while back that showed how the Family Guy writers come up with the plot lines for the episode. It was manatees pushing "plot" bubbles with random subjects on them accross a tank.

I think that scheduling does similar when assigning trips to reserves via yellows or not. :D We can refer to them as the scheduling manatees.
