What would be interesting would be to compare the two rates PRE-BANKRUPTCY.

Comparing how badly we got our balls kicked really doesn't make much since to me.

PCS > Leave Requests > Select Oct (if that is the month in question) > Move Reserve Off Days > Add/Update Leave Requests > pick the date to cancel > now you're ready.

There are 4 blocks to work with, start with the day(s) off you currently have and then what day(s) off you want. If you're only moving 1 day then it looks like this one below because you write the one date twice and the new date twice, e.g. 07 07 20 20, just like below.

If its 2 days then its 07 08 and 15 16. Then you can do multiple combinations just like bidding depending on how critical this is to you and if you desire it to have it go out on the first PCS run:

In I-Crew go to "PCS" - "Leave Requests" - (select the bid period you want from the drop down menu) - then highlight "move reserve off days" - then "Add/Update leave request".

The template you get to fill in absolutely stinks. It is unnecessarily complex. Horrible design. Worst in I-Crew by far. Play around until you figure it out. The computer will tell you if your request is legal.
