How did you figure out they were unfilled, and where are they?

You can do it by adding and subtracting all of the awards in a seat and then comparing it to the 22D.3 Report. Takes work and something that will come out with the category list in a few days.

Go look at the projection lists, they show how many positions the company projects to be each position. Then look how many people are in the position via the AE award.

Looks like only three FO's were displaced off the 767 in SLC. Most junior number is 11157 (July 07) and there were only three junior to that who were displaced. Alot of guys went to other bases and equipment that could have stayed if they wanted to. Nobody was displaced on the 73N or the 320. Good news for alot of folks who were expecting much worse.

Captain Crunch (I'll be looking for you in SLC not MSP) was right.....I'll admit I was wrong and I'm as happy as can be that Check Essential and I were not even close to guessing how this one would turn out here in SLC.

07' hires to the 765 and 10' hires to the ER is great news!

It kinda appears that MSP88 is all filled up from what I can tell ( for now anyway). Most junior award looks like it must have been a Delta South 07' hire. I wonder if that's because most of that category is seat locked unless they came into it already on the -88 or through a displacement. Hard to tell. ( maybe with not alot of guys moving out, not a lot of guys were able to move in...I know newb's that had there bid in)

But looking at the MSP 320 list it is quite evident that is where the movement is/was in that base. Junior, junior, junior. Still welcoming newhires, that and the -9. DTW looks wide open on everything sub ER.

ATL 767 got 08 hires. Kinda strange with all the talk of converting everything to ER.
Maybe '08 pre-merger Delta hires. 07' pre-merger NWA hires can't even hold 73N in ATL.

I'm coming in below ya. Glad I bailed on MSPM88B, cause its sounding like it might not be as big as originally predicted. I was going to be 57% after the May bid, and I had a 65% qualifier before DTW7ERB this bid and I wouldn't have held the 65% so I guess I'm off to find out what all the fuss is over how great the 757/767 is. Very excited I must say, always wanted to fly the 757.

I guess you have to consider how many are already in category, or more specifically previously projected to be in category as of the last award, then do the +/- on this award, INCLUDING displacements, and compare that result to the 22D3.

But then again, I'm not 100% certain the 22D3 is the sum of projected pilots plus positions offered.

Seems very, very complicated to me to see unfilled positions from an award. And I think my cerebellum just fused, as Calvin (from Calvin and Hobbes) would say.

This is a job for...
