80, Denny, nerd, sailing (slow or whoever you are),

Thanks for the info. I'll pass it on. I'm still learning, so I'm not ready for the test yet. :D

Delta Air Lines Newsroom - News Archive

AMSTERDAM, Oct. 19, 2010 – Aerolíneas Argentinas, the flag carrier of Argentina, will sign an agreement by the end of October to officially start the process of joining SkyTeam as the first South American member of the airline alliance. Customers will benefit from increased access to and from Latin America.

SkyTeam is actively working to strengthen its presence in Latin America, a region with strong growth figures and a positive outlook for the future. Aerolíneas Argentinas, which is expected to join SkyTeam in 2012, fits perfectly in SkyTeam’s growth strategy as an airline with a long-term plan to expand and revitalize its business.
Cheers
George

I have a pop up reminder on icrew for CQ Golden days. I haven't been scheduled for CQ, so why is it there? Is it automatic?

It's telling you to put in your request for CQ Golden days. These are days you don't want CQ training on. You get to pick 5 consecutive days per month you don't want training.

Thanks iaflyer. I don't know when my CQ is. What is my first notification?

It says I can be scheduled between Dec & Feb so I don't know. I can tell you my last sim ride was Feb 10.

THat's the thing - the first indication that you have CQ is when it's scheduled. The pop-up you're getting now is telling you to put in your Golden Day so they don't schedule training during them.

As for notification, you'll either get a pop-up in iCrew or notice some company business training in TravelNet. By then, too late to tell them. They could send you to the sim in Dec, Jan, or Feb.
