Why is it, our intelligence agencies get beforehand knowledge of something going down, but they are crippled in connecting the dots?

I say we take a couple of guys here on APC and put them in charge of the NSA !!

he's doing a pretty good job so far up in cleveland. His first 2 starts were against 2 of the toughest teams in the league and he beat the Saints in the last one. Considering the team he's playing with and the talent (or lack there of) thats surrounding him, i'm impressed. I'm a pocket browns fan now that he's over there. I'm missing him at Texas.....:cool: :D

Not sure how that would mean anything or help anyone on reserve.
