Great tips from our instructor, real-world oral evaluation, LOE was an actual possible event, and the best thing, almost everything can be signed off on day one. My maneuvers validation today consisted of an instrument takeoff. Done. :)

I came away from this CQ feeling good about the stuff that was emphasized - a different mentality from "box checking" of years past, regardless of its relavance.
