I don't believe it's actually hatred that's keeping them here. What I see a lot of is guys who have never been able to hold a wide body aircraft and now can. They have gotten a big bump in pay from the 320 and such plus they now are only doing 1 leg a day max. They see it as a pretty cushy place. This along with the retirement insurance costs, well.....

Here's an idea. Maybe the over 60 fNWA guys could use their Delta stock from the merger to pay the insurance premiums. Just a thought.
