Have been at Delta over 22 yrs and have never felt compelled to abuse my sick leave. Completely disagree with that but do think our sick leave policy needs improved significantly.

Not at all. It seems that more guys who are slightly sick will come to work, so as to not burn their sick leave, and will in turn infect the guys they fly with.
