Will the OE planners call when they schedule you or are you supposed to call them. My schedule changes from NOE to IOE this week but there is no rotation info. I remember the ER OE planner would call and give you the info but that was three years ago.
If you do none of the above they will call you. |

They will call you. Keep checking your schedule. You may see IOE show up on a few days. That will be when your trip is. If it is not in domicile they need to build the rotation, so it may take a few days to show up on your line. When I have seen this, I generally send the OE planner a e-mail, and I have always gotten a response back with the associated rotation very quickly.

You forgot the next two parts of the conversation Scoop!
Delta Pilots: This outsourcing has to stop! DALPA: Don't worry, management says they hate RJ's. Carl Delta Pilot 1: You know, DALPA says don't worry about RJs because management says they hate all of the RJ's they keep ordering. But I'm nervous, those RJ's should be flown here. Delta Pilot 2: WHA? No way. I'm not going to be a FLAP. Delta Pilot 1: What's a FLAP? Delta Pilot 2: An [expletive] little airplane pilot. Delta Pilot 1: You're an idiot. |
On ATL M88 B, 21 trips assigned today of which only 1 was assigned to a reserve pilot. 16 went to WS's and 4 to P's.

I just heard that DAL will resume service to Cairo with stops in Rome. Can anyone shed details on this? I'm concerned for the crews. Will they fly into HECA and then fly our to LIRF with the same crews? I just can't imagine anyone staying overnight there.
If anyone on here is going, I wish you good luck and a safe return. You'll be in my thoughts. |
I'm guessing turns into CAI from FCO? That would avoid layovers.

That is the plan as of a few hours ago. Crews are already being positioned and a aircraft is being ferried at 4 pm today to Rome from JFK to start the shuttles to get the people out of Cairo. |
