Currently but that group seems oh so willing to throw the ATN guys under the bus. I have heard they are willing to allow LUV to operate ATN as a separate entity for a few years. Now ain't that a cutout to great scope? :eek:

Also they have no International Scope, and frankly that is where their growth potential is. It could very well nail them in the six.

Their management cannot "nail them in the six" without significantly departing from the core philosophy that has made SWA a success.

still, i'm as guilty as anyone for being more than willing to argue with both sides of the coin. and I'm no SWA fan but its obvious when it comes to pay they, as we exist today, blow us out of the water. Especially if we really are to equate their 737s to our similiar mission 88s and not our 738.

But at no time should anyone who makes that observation be told to quit and go there.

The funny thing is, excluding the 9 the lowest paying jet is the 88. So if we adopted SWA pay for the 88, our pay for the highest jet will now be the pay for the lowest. i wont hold my breath.
