Ten

Prepare for OE? It's like riding a bike... and the check-airman being a single pilot on the first leg:eek:

Sit down to MSFS in a dark room, turn on a couple vaccum cleaners in the closet. For the last 2 hours shine a bright flashlight in your face. Apply newspaper as necessary.

You forgot to mention that this has to be accomplished at 3am body time.

After 3 hours of MSFS in the dark room you then take a "rest break". Lay down on a lumpy mattress in a narrow box that is 6 inches shorter than you are. As soon as you doze off have a fat 60 year old woman bang on a bunch of china and silverware right next to you and then repeatedly smack the side of your box with her huge hips.
Then 3 more hours of MSFS in the dark room.

Agreed, just a midair waiting to happen.

Nope Amish...Bay of LA...but the Baja part was correct. After my 9/11 Furlough I spent 4 months down there fishing and surfing every nook and cranny...LOL. Stopped driving down three years ago after my second was born....just way too much crap going on.

Did you race/pit for anyone in the Score 500/1000 or just go to watch? I flew a King Air for a race team for two years...kinda bumbed me out to see how some of the teams bended the rules w/ the air-support. Oh well....Still killer to check out the 1000 HP Class 1's and Trophy's...Need to get down there again.

Baja.

Another pretty spot! I didn't race or pit for anybody. Just enjoyed the show with a few dirt bike nuts from ADVrider. We did meet Malcom Smith on one trip out in the bush. That guy is still riding:

Many of us finished training the during the 2nd week of Feb. and are still waiting for OE. Nice paid vacation!
