Interesting side note about the BBC.
The other day I started watching them and was amazed at the coverage they gave to the violence on the Mexican border. I haven't seen any other news organization (including Fox) go into such detail. So from point of view, they all suck. Much like our elected officials. Some just suck less than others.;)

Anybody know of an iPhone/iPad app that resembles the navigation maps available in the stop over store? IE the plastic fold ones with VOR's, cities...

Yes you can PD a carryover trip once the reserves required for the next month are known. Yes, PD's are done before whiteslips in the same run. Just be aware that you could get the personal drop and not get the whiteslip if someone senior to you decides to put in for it.

Are you sure about this? If so it's good to know!:) One could probably try adding the trip in the rules auditor and see what that says. I imagine that would give one a good idea if the trip will be awarded.

Good question. I'd buy that app if it exists.

Anyone know why we don't stay at the Sheraton downtown Myrtle Beach anymore? Heard some pilots got in a fight with management there

Maybe it was because the pilots we dying their hair and subsequently stained the granite counter tops in the bathroom.

Oh wait, that was FA's in TLV. :D :rolleyes:
