Satch... Probably so. :(
Just imagine if yahoos like me bid it so as to be able to drop all my trips and pick up in ATL! Btw, any word on a gate-to-gate bus service connecting LGA to JFK? As in inside security the whole drive? There was word that was being discussed. B, TSA will NEVER allow that kind of freedom. |

There's always one.
Those Mercedes trucks must be stout, they don't even look like they're stressing under the load. If those were Hondas they wouldn't have even been made to carry their own weight much less a load of any type. http://lh6.ggpht.com/_mTS1TBdvuD4/Rn...de_truck_1.jpg Carl |

Saw that, I guess LCC didn't want it for their operation. I think the original plan had us giving them the MAT and 3 gates (8-10) on D concourse. Now we'll take all of C, 1 gate at D and the shuttle at the MAT. Why then build a 600' connection from C to D? I guess that helps the jobs program.
Keep D and the Skyclub in D Keep the MAT Add the USAir terminal and build a bridge This is a much better agreement for Delta than even the original agreement from 2009... Expect the AE when it's approved I guess USAir has plans that requirer fewer USAir owned gates at LGA now and doesnt need the MAT but is in need of cash... I guess the AA terminal is just up the road;) Cheers George |

A, I'm senior to you and about 3 or 4 other people.
B, TSA will NEVER allow that kind of freedom. http://i938.photobucket.com/albums/a...g?t=1306200980 As for TSA, they did allow an Allentown to Newark bus run for Continental, gate-to-gate inside security. I guess if security is compromised the bus drops everyone off at the terminal. Correction, just looked it up. They're still doing it today, its $1100! https://www.continental.com/web/en-U...31/201194500AM I was always told it leaves from a real gate but evidently it doesn't out of ABE but it does out of EWR. You know with GPS and video monitoring stuff TSA could probably monitor a bus the entire way. |

You know we could do a helicopter LGA-JFK service...
http://www.rotaryaction.com/images/swordfish4.jpg Except, take a CRJ-200, cut the wings and tail off, and fly it over via a butt ugly helicopter. |

I don't know. The new Honda bus has got that whole roll-over thing pretty well figured out. :D

Very nice Carl! :D
But those look to roomy to be owned by an airline... I expect something along these lines: http://www.emailvariety.com/wp-conte...3/carpool1.jpg Those certainly look like more than 76 seats. Mainline? Also, am not sure if that one guy is wearing a seat belt. :D |
