IA, I have seen the "Tax" issue brought up before and it its totally irrelevant for numerous reasons. First of all, among other things, taxes are mostly used to provide for for government services - different governments provide different levels of service. More importantly - in the US we are currently incurring about a trillion $$$ of Debt a year - so while our tax rates may appear to be lower, the true higher tax rate, is actually only being deferred. We will surely all pay more one way or another - either through massive inflation or much higher tax rates. Either way, justifying pay differentials between different countries because of different tax rates seems a dubious proposition at best. Scoop Then again, you might be on to something with a beer cost based compensation system! |

Are they really facts? Shouldn't this be tested? After all, the best lawyers in the industry wrote our scope language, and they are the morons that are saying that these are "facts."
Lawyers don't give you facts.. they give you opinions. Or, at least, this is how it was explained to a bud as to why we don't need anyone checking their work. Nu |
The new ACARS software is virtually identical the software NWA was using, well, since before I got hired over a decade ago. Most of the "future use" stuff worked, though. The "connecting gates" function was VERY handy.
