Thanks Desperado. :D

NewK,

I believe that Hawaiian parks at the B gates in Seattle. When Delta was in B concourse we contracted with them to use our gates. Since we moved to A, I haven't seen them out there.

I've never heard of a "SLUF" either. But the real question is: Do you know what "FLUF" stands for......?

I do I do I do!

Was it started with the 737 or did anything else hold that title? I think it fits the 735 much better than the 732.

Denny Crane 04-28-2009 07:19 AM

Well, according to one of the books about Boeing given to their employees, it was coined with the 737. And no, the last "F" is not "Fella!" :D

Do you know who "BATS" is now!?

Oh, well. That means a trian ride for me. Hopefully not another trip thru security though.

New K Now

NewK,

If memory serves me correctly, you can take the train from the south satellite and it will drop you off at the end of B concourse.

The train that stops at the South gates also stops at "B". No security issues.

Perfect!! Not as perfect as when Hawaiian parked right next to us (If I remember correctly). But, beggers can't be chosers and If New K Now and Mrs. New K Now get on these flights I won't complain about anything for at least a month after we get back. Not even about having to say, "check-list". :D

Thanks Desperado and Denny.

How do NWA employees check non rev availability?

Any interesting destinations out of NRT coming back state side? We usually do DAL56 NRT - ATL, but will have a few extra days and are thinking Hawaii, a drive up the coast from KSEA, or maybe going around the planet the other direction to lessen the jet lag.

Ferd149 04-28-2009 08:16 AM

Buck,

NRT goes to all the west coast "gateways" (LAX, SEA, SFO and I think we still do PDX) plus HNL.

PS...........almost forgot DTW:eek::D
