Remember we don't even have 5+15 min day right now. We have it per duty period... hence why quito, a 3-day trip (and many other examples), only pays 10+30 or so.

We need to get "Calendar Day" for those trips. A 3 day trip to Hawaii that gets back into LA on the third day means 3 days of pay, or 15:45. USAir has that. That, along with min of 5:15 per day for vacation and training should be obvious wants for the next contract.

I know there are Hawaii flights from Atlanta on the 330, but also Lagos, Accra, Monrovia (via Accra) etc. You might have to constantly take malerone pills if you are on reserve.

I'll never forget the "monkey burger" I had at the airport in Monrovia when I was flying C-141s. We were starving and went to the airport cafeteria for a quick bite.
