Exactly. They are creating "brand awareness" of the major alliances with the intention of one day selling alliance tickets which will be "*operated by: Delta."

Its not just paint jobs either, your flight attendants are saying "Skyteam" on every flight.

We may, but there are other targets that are a little juicier. HA can be taken down with competition, some of the others may be once in a lifetime opportunities.
