Big thumbs up in my opinion. The CQ language and 23G/K improvements are huge. Kudos to the negotiators for finding a way to get these taken care of outside of negotiations.
That's a few less items that will need to be hashed out in Section 6, so they can spend more energy on small issues like:
Scope, Pay Rates, Min Day, Sick Leave, Vacation Credit/Accrual, Reserve Equality, etc etc

Now, to keep a low profile at my fNWA base until the kitty litter settles.

I'll tell you what, if the F/As want to get picky with that, then I'd say it's time to start kicking them out of our lounges at night since they're not allowed to overnight in theirs. On any given night, you have a dozen F/As black-chairing it at LGA/JFK pilot rooms

Got done late one night in EWR and had to ride the train into Penn Station, then subway to Jackson Heights then bus to my pad near LGA. Nightmare as well. I would suggest a $500-$900 airport POS, craigslist is full of them up there.

It's been awhile, but I seem to remember he was trying to perform an Alpha-floor demonstration. Something about it doesn't kick in below a certain altitude (obviously, he was unaware of this.) By the time they realized A-floor wasn't going to engage, I think he did hit TOGA, but they were already too low/slow/behind the power curve to recover.
The details are getting kinda hazy already though - I haven't spoken French since March.
Unrelated, but it sorta reminds me of that Etihad A-340 that went screaming off a taxiway with a bunch of mechanics and engineers on board. Someone forgot a small detail there about a certain CB, hydraulic system, and brake relationship which I can't even begin to recall.
I loved flying the Bus, but Boeing does take the cake with transparency of systems. For the most part, what you see is what you get. Not always so with the flying French computer.

Unfortunately, the test pilot was some how unaware that this feature is unavailable below 100 ft AGL, because you don't want it to activate as you are in the flare. By the time he realized it, it was too late.
That's correct. The test pilot was trying to demonstrate the stall prevention feature which includes Alpha Floor. Alpha Floor is when the logic pushes the thrust to max power and locks there so recovery occurs.
