And when some think 20% pay raises, all else being equal, is a good start, it makes me sick to my stomach. + 1. Management seems more interested in outsourcing than anything else. I guess that is what the markets want to see. Problem is, in my opinion, the markets put too much emphasis on short term bumps in stock price vice looking at the long haul. That may be great if your investing (even though many, including yours truly think its shortsighted) but I am not so sure its good if you are concerned about a 30 year career.

Oh well this is DALPAs chance to shine.

Heck, it might take me 10 years before I have the seniority I want in ATL 88 B to move off reserve. In 10 years a 26 year old new hire might be able to hold ATL 88 A within 3 years of being hired. Not their fault. Can't blame them. Can't be jealous either.

As to ATL being senior - it's senior. And we haven't even closed CVG, the other base we promised not to close.
