Lest we forget, there are 255 total 70+ seat jets allowed per the PWA. That has not changed since the JPWA was ratified by all of us. The number of RJ's has dropped from about 723 to 628~ over the last year and a half. We are going to be in some sort of negotiation within the next four hand a half months.

If you filled out your contract survey and put scope as number one, then you must rely upon the rest of your fellow pilots to demand the same thing.

I too will not for something that does not offer significant improvements to what we currently see in section 1. For me it is really simple.

It seems to me that almost every word that came out of Doc Holidays mouth in that movie was quote worthy. One of my favorite movie characters of all time.

"And you must be Ringo. Look, darling, Johnny Ringo. The deadliest pistoleer since Wild Bill, they say. What do you think, darling? Should I hate him?....."

"....Evidently Mr. Ringo's an educated man. Now I really hate him. "

:D

Yeah, the whole movie has classic lines. I love the end when Doc is dying and he shows up for the duel. "I'll be your huckleberry."

How about this: "Vote DPA...Delta needs at least ONE labor union!"

Carl, if we signed up 18 months ago are they still tracking us as part of the 4,100? Will we need to resubmit a card that is current in order to bump the percentage over 50% so we can take an actual vote at a later time?

That's alot of ERJ-145 flying, I wonder if that'll be express jet planes flying under Asa now. Regional redistribution...how many is CHQ still flying for DAL?

I don't know the answer to that. Some cards will have to be renewed. Mine's one because it's about 18 months old also. I'd send a new one in every month. All they'd have to do is send out a blast email.

Carl
