Airline Pilot Central Forums - Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?

Has anybody had any issues with the USB distance learning drive for the A320? I have emails and voicemails out to all the I.T. folks, but still no response (big surprise!). I'm getting a network error code of 1198 when I try to sign in. Just wondering if anybody has a fix for this. It was working fine when I tried it a couple weeks ago. Trying to get this stuff done while sitting short call!

I'm surprised nobody on here has commented on the line from this week's 'right from Richard' message on Deltanet. He stated that he's committed to giving "industry standard" wages for all front line employees in 2012.

That doesn't give me any warm feelings on a significantly improved contract.

I assume RA wants a better than "industry standard" airline. If he's only willing to pay "industry standard" wages (whatever those are), why should he expect to get better than industry standard performance? Average pay = average airline. Nothing more.

Once again, since I cannot work this new-fangled intertube machine I do not know how to post that picture of what looks like George Clooney eating popcorn. I can hardly wait for the fallout from those rules when announced in 2015
