Does anyone else make anything out of the fact that the company keeps posting information on Deltanet that they plan on raising non-contract employees pay by July 1st?

Is this how they normally do it?

I know it was posted a few days ago, and I tried to look for it in no avail, but where can I find some discount info on vacation in Hawaii? Thank you.

There is going to be a lot of posturing over the next 12 months... might as well get used to it.

They may want you to start to believe that 4% is what you will get too.

What's even cooler is if you sign up for the e-mail notification on the left side of the flight ops page, they push all of these memos to you.

Also known as posturing. There's going to be a lot of fluff... no reason to get your heart rate up.

My problem with the delta dental insurance is finding a decent dentist. The good ones including the one we went to for years does not take our insurance.

According to my old dentist malpractice for him was extremely low, seems like they must make a fortune compared to other doctors. I know they have the highest suicide rates and all but honestly, a lot of them drive me nuts.

One wanted me to have my wisdom teeth removed, so I went to the surgeon and he said don't do it. Not worth it, not hurting you and you'll be fine... and he'd made money off of it and he said no. 5 years later still no problems. That's when I became convinced if you tell me $4K for dental work, I'll go buy some oragel. Kind of like my grandmother, they wanted to do $3K of work (all out of pocket) on one tooth, she had them pull it for like $100.

I feel like dentistry is a bit of a racket. Sit here, oh wait, we need to do this absolutely today, $450, we must do it. No. No? What do you mean no? I'm going to shop around, don't believe you, do the free stuff and bye.
