Southwest Airlines will not enter into a domestic Codeshare Agreement within the fifty (50)
United States without the agreement of the Association.
5. Other Codeshare
The Company will not enter into any other Codeshare and/or Marketing Agreement (to
include far international Codeshare flying) unless expressly delineated above, without the
agreement of the Association.
“Codeshare Agreement” or “Marketing Agreement” means flying performed by another carrier
whereby the other carrier transports passengers and/or cargo pursuant to a code-share, marketing,
interline, joint venture, pro-rate, alliance or any other agreement or arrangement whereby another
carrier uses the Company’s designator codes or operates aircraft with the Company’s name, trade
name, logo, trade marks or service marks thereon or otherwise holds out to the public that the
Company or its Affiliate is performing or is otherwise associated with the flying.

Well I would certainly hope not. But the real question is exactly how much higher are your expectations? If you're going to compare us to all the other carriers with bankruptcy contracts and minimize the comparison with SWA (our biggest competitor in our biggest hub), then that sounds like expectations of a pretty small pay increase. At least you're being consistent with all the official DALPA contract communications we've been getting.
