Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?
Looks like the Canadian space program is putting people into space without us these days.

That is better than total Foreign Ownership, and it too makes sense if the OneWorld partners are making noise. They will need dance partners and fast. I much prefer to deal with this than foreign ownership. We do have our six/eight way protocol in place, and that is a lot more than others do, but it is still a far cry from labor law going outside our borders.

I know that all to well. The only advantage we currently have is that the US industry is not really ready for foreign ownership. That does not mean it will not happen, just means that the timing is not optimum. Then again, the companies would probably take the risk if they could get it though.
I remember in one of the LCP meetings he stated that "I don't see why you guys have so much of a problem with cabotage." He's a true global economist.
The way current labor law is set up, there is not much any US Union could do if foreign ownership with a transfer of flying (cabotage)was allowed. Labor law does not bind anyone outside our borders.
