I was displaced from ANC. I chose Memphis over DET, MSP. It's ANC that I love so hopefully we buy Alaska Air soon. |
Eric, half of that post is an honest question, the other half is a softball pitch to anyone who'd like to ellaborate on how recall isn't an option at that point and how scope would be sacrificed at the altar by some in the current MEC.

Nope, just a lot going on. This thread did not have posts for a few months after the last class in 08..
As for the fleet plan, I see more RJ's going to the bone yard in the future. Need to look at the 5500 block 757's as well. It does not look like they are part of the pain tally that they put on the Weekly Trim Tab. Nor are the DC-9 30's and 40's. I know we need jets, but to date no firm orders. Lots of talk though. |
The AE is to have a couple 777's and more time on the MD-99/90. Where the pilots are coming from is the big question. Maybe the ER or the 767. I am thinking the 767.
