They were drastically changed in CH11. I just wish that they would buy you out for your loan balance or house if not sold in a year, and provide housing in your new base until that time. The amount of commuters would cut drastically.
I know, I am dreaming, but it is what they offered my wife four years ago, and if offered again, it would be a difficult offer to refuse.

Glad they did not offer it to my wife. I'd come home from a trip and wonder where the Toaster went.

Not free - paid for out of your dues. But to more accurately answer your question, you will not be forking out any $$$ at the PUB event.

They offered it a about three years ago, but we wanted to sit tight. Well the housing market sucks, so if they offer it again, we may take it. They have been slowly moving her accounting dept out to TX. All that is left is AP/AR and a few of the controllers and finance managers. We assume at some point they will come back to the remaining three leaders, and give them the same offer with an ultimatum.......
Don't know the current ROE. In past similar events at ALPA carriers the line pilots got a beer. Given the potential liability exposure, I'd bet D-ALPA keeps a pretty tight lid on the refreshments.
Pizza's cheaper than beer. D-ALPA should try what management does and talk the Credit Union into paying for it

Sink,
First of all, I disagree with your premise - a PRO vs. CON paper does not necessarily expose differences within. But going along with your scenario, if the vote is 10-4 (hypothetical) to forward to membership for approval don't you want to hear why the 4 voted no? Conversely the vote can be uananimous to forward, but this does not mean every Rep likes everything about it.
I agree the internet and this forum will serve a sort of PRO vs. CON function, but I would prefer an official one via the negotiating committee. While there is some great information on this thread there is also a lot of chaff.

And it should only up exponentially from there.

Just me guessing, but if there were four "No" votes, I suspect they would send it back to the company to make them yes" votes. It also depends on who the "no" votes are, but that many makes their position significant.

ACL,
That was just hypothetical. But if there are differences of opinion within the MEC or Negotiating committee why shouldn't the Pilot group be made aware of them?
But I am getting off point which was - I think a Pro vs. Con paper by those most familiar with ramifications of the TA would be helpful.
