... you're going to get seriously bent over.

And when they decide to charge you the "change fee" of $150/ticket instead of the cancel fee they promised would apply if $29 per ticket, and just give you a credit towards some future flight instead of the actual refund as promised, don't even THINK about questioning them.

And if you even TRY to discuss it and bring up the fare rules and pamphlets linked to the Fly for Less page to support that you should get your $1900 back as promised when you bought the "refundable" tickets, which you wisely printed to be sure you could get the promised refund, you're going to get threatened with having your Non-rev privileges being revoked.

Last time I EVER try to fly on Delta for $$, or try to give them my business. That 20% "savings" as an employee was the most expensive ticket I never used in my life, and getting threatened by a ticket agent to shut up and take the loss was just unbelievable. NOT a huge fan of my company just now.
Ugh, I don't think I'll bother with those things either now. Or at least till your problem is resolved.

Thanks for the advice Roadkill. "Caveat emptor".

How do you block the aforementioned mofo's in iCrew? I haven't been able to figure it out yet.

In iCrew, you can't. So if you are on reserve, you're hosed.

But if you are a line holder, when you bid, PBS has a fuction where you can "avoid" flying with employee numbers of those you'd prefer not to fly with.

Oopps, Buzz beat me to it.

BTW, the bidding for Sept. is now open, a day early this month, just remember, FTB, it also closes a day early, on the 11th.

Anyone know why they changed the bid dates?

I would suggest that if you are so incredibly unhappy with your job and the situation is so intolerable that you respect your opinion and look at other options.
I was recently and sadly involved in a long business transaction involving leasing a expensive asset to a company. It turned out the company was cooking the books on maintenance and other expenses and then refusing to pay what they even admitted they owed me on time. They felt they had me over a barrel. The asset and the headquarters were in different foreign countries. They had unique skill set to maintain it. I showed up and removed the asset from their possession even though in the long run I could have made a lot more money keeping it with them and selling. I took the hit and essentially voted with my feet and its going to cost me a lot of money but I like what I see when I look in the mirror. Some things are far more important then cash.

So that pilots would have access to the PBS Bid assist line in the final hours of the bidding window.
