Weekly updated says AE due out any day, "early next week". Said will mostly be to back fill the early outs. Good to see backfilling as opposed to just reducing the staffing. Perhaps this AE might have a little forward movement for a change.

What do you mean? You can have beer on rest as long as it's outside of 8 hours before reporting for duty.

Thanks for the refund advice from Shiz and UncleSam. I'll give it a go.

You get 24 hours free from flying that's it. Per alpa and the company.

when you look at daily assigned flying what does "A" mean? The help guild just says A=assignment. Well no doubt it's an assignment but what kind?

That means they inverse assigned the trip to the junior available line holder, on his off days, not assigned to a reserve pilot, it pays like a green slip.

There is a different code for inverse assigned trips and the pilot who was assigned the trip was on short call today. So a reserve pilot on SC had an A#1 next to his assignment.
