Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?

I'm going to try multiple (unrelated) entries:
1) "OK, OK. Maybe not attractive. How about handsome? You don't find me handsome?"
2) "There is no middle break? At all?"
3) "I'm flying too low, am I? Well, I'll call gear up if you call positive rate first, mother-[bleeper]."
4) "Alright, one more wrong answer, and I'm putting a Flight Attendant in your incapacited seat. If I'm a mother-[bleepin'] molecule of nice cold, fresh outside air, and the APU isn't working, how do I get to grace the forehead of that handsome man in the left seat?"
5) "No, mother-[bleep]er, not that! A-P-C! Are you into APC?"
6) "Someone already took the name Positive Rate? I've got to be known as mother-[bleepin] Sink r8? Surely, they don't have anyone on there with a dog in their avatar, do they? They what?! What's an ftb?"
7) "No, mother-[bleeper], not me. I think you're overpaid."
8) "Well, whatever, ftb. Next month, put my employee number in your default too".
9) "Really!? You love Southwest Airlines"?
and finally,

Word to the wise: If a Delta ticket agent swears for 10 minutes that "Fly for Less" tickets are refundable (Fly for EVEN Less are not per the webpage, but Fly for Less are supposed to be), and you buy some as a backup for your family vacation because Delta doesn't give you even one PS for family vacation a year, and you try to cancel them 3 day early to get your $$ back as promised...
... you're going to get seriously bent over.
And when they decide to charge you the "change fee" of $150/ticket instead of the cancel fee they promised would apply if $29 per ticket, and just give you a credit towards some future flight instead of the actual refund as promised, don't even THINK about questioning them.
And if you even TRY to discuss it and bring up the fare rules and pamphlets linked to the Fly for Less page to support that you should get your $1900 back as promised when you bought the "refundable" tickets, which you wisely printed to be sure you could get the promised refund, you're going to get threatened with having your Non-rev privileges being revoked.
Last time I EVER try to fly on Delta for $$, or try to give them my business. That 20% "savings" as an employee was the most expensive ticket I never used in my life, and getting threatened by a ticket agent to shut up and take the loss was just unbelievable. NOT a huge fan of my company just now.

Was the problem that these were backup's to a family vacation? As in, buy the ticket and then if able to nonrev cancel them?
And were they refundable tickets that were bought for less?

Bar, Since the day you started on the forum you have not had a good thing to say about Delta airlines. You have attacked every aspect of the airline and the job. The only mystery is why you have not moved on to all those greener pastures you constantly post about and why you came here in the first place. The world economy is in collapse. The US is in almost as bad shape. Jet fuel is near historic highs.
We have no one on furlough. No furloughs are being discussed. We might even hire this winter. We are going to be expanding the mainline fleet. I fly on jumpseats all the time with regionals. Every single time they want to know how to get hired at Delta. Given the world situation and where most airlines are at these days there is a reason they want to go to Delta.
