They will massage the he$$ out of the numbers to make it appear that they were successful. ALPA magic! And throw in a few RJs to boot! Hey..we had to give up something.

Assume you are right. What's a 744/777A make in Jan 2015?

Delta management really does not want to get caught up in a similar situation:

I don't care what carl makes, he is the elite of our group. I care what the masses make. I know I would make less than a SW FO with 4+8+3+3 on day one, much less three to four years from now and I am a 12 year FO. Adding RJs is just adding insult to injury. None of us know for sure till we see the TA, however I do think it is what we will see tomorrow or Tuesday if the reps don't show some backbone.

He recommended a no vote, so how is that a sales pitch?

He's obviously setting us up...the TA probably has something marginally higher than 4/8/3/3.

Then we feel lucky and grateful for something ever so slightly higher...and forget about all of the QOL items DALPA has already admitted they've conceded (along with scope).

I just can't understand why DALPA would concede anything at this point.

OK. Lets wait and see what it really is.

Once again, one of DALPA's finest doing the company's heavy lifting.
