I suggest that when everyone gets the NNP and reads the Live Contact proposal on the ALPA site, they refrain from ripping it up until they have read all of the changes. |

I converted to NYC 7ER B in Feb of this year. I had close to a week off between my domestic OE and my TOE. I was not even on the reserve availability list in between my OE's. I'm not sure if LOA 31 applies to initial qual or not. So in short, I don't know of anyone yet having to cover domestic trips while waiting for TOE.
