I was only 2700TT 400 TPIC but very involved from college to now. Recruiter at current airline and New hire mentor plus other volunteer work. Start class in March

Starting to prep for HR portion, emerald coast seems to be the go to place. I have about 3 weeks to go, worth it? Other choices?

3 weeks to go? You should jump on whatever interview prep is nearest to hand a treat it like a wind shear escape maneuver - your success really depends on the effort you put into prep and practiced out put into it. You are wasting valuable practice time every day you delay.

Calm down. That'd be my advice.

99% of the HR prep is just getting you to be calm, confident and able to recall past events of your choosing. Practice talking outloud to another person is a great way to become all of that. HR prep can be done in days. Cog and knowledge test is what needs weeks of prep.

I couldn’t agree more. They really just want to meet you. It’s hard to meet someone who is clammed up and only giving canned answers. Just relaxing and being yourself is the best HR prep you can do.

For the previous discussion - I am regional with 3200 TT and about 750ish TPIC. I did work DGS ramp/gate in college and had an offer at an LCC so it might have helped too. Seemed like they cared more about everything outside of my flight time in the interview. Definitely add as much volunteer as you can and try to keep progressing your career in any way possible.
