3 weeks to go? You should jump on whatever interview prep is nearest to hand a treat it like a wind shear escape maneuver - your success really depends on the effort you put into prep and practiced out put into it. You are wasting valuable practice time every day you delay.

99% of the HR prep is just getting you to be calm, confident and able to recall past events of your choosing. Practice talking outloud to another person is a great way to become all of that. HR prep can be done in days. Cog and knowledge test is what needs weeks of prep.

Calm down. That'd be my advice.

see you in class! Interviewed Jan 16
For the previous discussion - I am regional with 3200 TT and about 750ish TPIC. I did work DGS ramp/gate in college and had an offer at an LCC so it might have helped too. Seemed like they cared more about everything outside of my flight time in the interview. Definitely add as much volunteer as you can and try to keep progressing your career in any way possible.
