Apparently topmen had a staffing meeting on Monday:

25 new hires per month thorough December 2019.

I know interviewing has slowed down, but has anyone received a “fix it” email lately? If so, have you heard back after you fixed your app? TIA

That’s only 300 folks...well below the “600-750” that crew resources mentioned last month.

So crew resources says 600-750, and “topmen” say 300?

Anecdotally, I would think that CR is seeing that many newer hires consistently fly way more than the ALV for straight time allowing for much more productivity than in previous decades. Probably a factor due to:
1. PS / payrates much more motivating than before.
2. Many newer hires come from RJ ranks and were used to flying 100 hr straight time months anyway.
3. Juniority of non-Atl/nyc has come way done allowing more newer hires to spread out and spread this effect to other bases and not just concentrate it on the east coast.
Again this is anecdotal theory from my personal observations over the last couple of decades.

Ok. I received mine January 23rd and haven’t heard back after fixing it. Was just curious. Thanks

There already is a cap. ALV +15. So is flying somewhere between ALV and ALV +15 defined as flying way more than ALV?
