Default Pay raise

It would actually be a pay raise for the whole group as it would force more greenslips or more hiring.

If it doesn't force lines on people that are built into the high 80s/low 90s, then yes sir. If it forces more staffing and increases overall seat seniority or allows for that next upgrade, then again, yes I'm all for it.

Instituting a cap does not necessarily equal a pay cut. Even if one did see less pay, I suspect the QOL of said individual would rise because of a significant jump in the manning of each category...........which is exactly why it won’t happen.

I already have thank you very much. But I'm not interested in a cap caused paycut either.

See, this attitude is just wrong/disheartening. Do you even remotely realize that I and many, many others DID fund it with deferred compensation and it got stolen in bankruptcy. The company could afford to make up the difference but, alas, it doesn't.
