You could say that. We have 6-day trips that are 2 legs and worth 36 hours. We also get LOTS of broken up trips with a DH only days. Throw in a month with a vacation week and guys are getting well up over 100.

Current pool size is approx 115.

Guys that got CJO’s early Nov are getting 18 Mar Indoc dates.

Throw in a couple of months of Vacation, at least on CQ, and the potential trip credit as well....you'll get to pretty high average before the 1000 hr cap.

Good to know the pool is shrinking. Still hope the 25/month rumor doesn’t hold true. If all the Indoc classes are full through March, with that pool size and pace, DAL likely already has enough CJOs to fill upcoming Indoc classes until almost the fall timeframe.

Who actually flies hard block time for an entire year? I averaged 82 last year and I wasnt even close to the block limits.

Me too, so I had a Delta pilot push it through again. Got an email a few months later.
