FYSA this came straight from a Chief Pilot in ATL two days ago. He said they sent a pilot candidate home from an interview because of his attitude. He was arrogant and full of himself. It's a shame to make it that far and lose it because of something that's easy (or difficult depending on who you are) to fix.
Just passing on the info. Hope everyone that makes it that far gets the job.

Honestly there are plenty of highly selective positions in the armed services. In fact, military promotion is all about the "rack and stack". But that doesn't guarantee you a position in a major airline, you don't "deserve" that position, it has to be earned, and attitude is definitely part of it. I'm glad we hire people that work well with others.
