Anyone know how many have interviewed so far with Delta vs how many have been offered jobs? Any idea when Delta might send out more invitations to interview?

Full disclosure...I am a proud military dude. Not some puke fighter guy but an AFSOC guy who truly contributed to the GWOT post Sept 11. Fact.....there are more civilian dudes getting hired right now. This apparently is not because of quotas, etc rather terrible interviews. Fellas....get interview prep and quit sucking. The folks will tell you during the interview process the job is yours to loose. QUIT LOOSING IT!!! The 2010 numbers were around 60%-40% civilian to military. The days are gone where mil dudes were a preference. Quit acting entitled. Just a friendly hint from an HR friend of mine.

Yes. Most people I talk to at Endeavor think the SSP is the roughly the exact opposite of a sure thing, and DO NOT think that program is a "shoo in." I'm sorry that some people are giving a bad impression and drawing more ire from Delta pilots (whether that was intentional, unintentional, sarcasm, or who knows what.).
