Whats your point? Are you genuinely impressed or are you throwing out a flame-bait?
If you are genuinely impressed then we really have to admire her fast track progress to a Global Airline. And I applaud your decency for acknowledging her success.
but-
If you are flame-baiting and trying to pick fights then, let me tell you, it probably cost her less money and anguish (in the long run (49K-and less misery at a regional)) to get on board a Global and Profitable Airline (Of course this is based on today); as compared to you getting on with an iffy ULCC. As of now, not only did it cost her less, her career earnings are more than yours.

Good for her for getting on that quick. I am not impressed though. I am embarrassed that my airline is hiring inexperienced regional first officers and passing up extremely qualified candidates in the process. I am going to go out on a limb here and guess we are not hiring any male regional first officers unless they have commander military experience. It is what it is, but the competitive minimums are most definitely lower for females. I have no resentment towards her or any other female pilot what-so-ever, but I will call out an unfair advantage when I see one.
There have not been any new hire classes run since the end of 2010. I am guessing she's in a hiring pool. She is not on our seniority list yet. Seems a little bold to claim working for a company before joining the seniority list
Just my humble opinion.

FWIW though, she doesn't claim to be working at DAL yet. The website only states she's been hired, which is a fair statement.
