This bid is kind of an odd duck, driven by an apparently failure to adequately staff to min contract requirements on the MD88 and A320. It will likely result in early conversions so the Company can state a position was staffed by the end of 2013. A more normal bid will have 717 & 737 postings. The 717 entry delays threw some plans out the window and the Company is so short staffed on the MD88 and A320 that there just wasn't the flexibility required without forcing the contractual staffing provisions. So, don't try to read too much into this ... it is a useless data point for projection. Still, these are jobs. As others have written, those positions which remain unfilled or need to be backfilled are open to our new hires.

In down times, AE's come out about 2.5 times a year.
Now that things are moving, its about every 2 months! Looks like they are trying to quell the green slip frenzy that the ATL 320 has been by increasing it by almost 30%.

Did my prep with Aero Crew Solutions. 3 hours of one on one was well worth the price. If you need to review it again, you have it on dvd. A must if your interviewing with Delta, they have great cog examples, that prepare you the test.

I put mine under Educational Achievements, Professional Memberships and Achievements/Awards accordingly. For example, I volunteer as an event judge for NIFA SAFECON (Professional Membership), and competed in it as well (Educational Achievement and Awards).
